Senior Technical Lead - Front-End Development - Angular and React.js

Job Summary

Task Description: Who do we look for? 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, Python, and MySQL.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Javascript, Python and MySQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality and organization
Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Solid knowledge and experience in Javascript, Python and MySQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React.JS
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Fast API
• Understanding of database management and optimization
• Strong understanding of web development concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In React.Js, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Knowledge Sharing And Training Sessions.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development While Optimizing Performance Through Effective Debugging And Profiling Techniques.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks Related To Architecture And Component Breakdown.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Address Escalations Proactively.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
2. Solid Understanding Of Javascript, Html, And Css With The Ability To Implement Responsive Design Principles.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, Specifically Agile Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Version Control Systems, Particularly Git, For Efficient Code Management.
5. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team-Oriented Environment.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp), Or Similar Relevant Qualifications.
