Job Summary

We are looking to add one on shore resource, in Pleasanton. 

We are looking for the following skills, at a high level.

Roles and Responsibilities for new Hire: Systems Administrator (or Tech Lead)

 

Looking for someone LOCAL with strong System Administrator (Infrastructure and patching) skills with experience in desktop support as well as IIS and SQL databases. Good attitude and Quick learner.

 

Soft Skills & Job Requirements

  1. Local candidate able to work on-site (job requirement)
  2. Strong command of the English language, written and verbal, effective Communication Skills (job requirement)
  3. Ability to write clear technical documentation
  4. Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST (job requirement) (This doesn't happen daily, however there needs to be flexibility to work late ours (by starting late) to support a release.  This will be scheduled in advanced.)
  5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  7. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
    1. (e.g., ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, KPOM)

Hard Skills

  1. Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation
  2. Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks
  3. Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
  4. Ability to map network drives
  5. Experience installing and configuring software
  6. Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience (preferred)
  7. Experience administering IIS including
    1. Managing SSL certificates
    2. Website setup and configuration
    3. Identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues
  8. Claims processing experience
  9. Testing experience
  10. Release management experience

4. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Frameworks.

1. Optional Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Sql Server Database Development.
Maximum Salary (US):  177,000
Minimum Salary (US):  69,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
