1. Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Module Lead with 10–12 years of hands-on functional expertise to own the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP PS workstream within a large-scale greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a manufacturing client. This is a senior leadership position that demands deep knowledge of project management processes — including project structuring, cost planning, budgeting, scheduling, progress monitoring, and settlement — combined with a strong understanding of how PS integrates across the SAP landscape. The SAP PS Module Lead will be the primary functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Project Systems workstream, working directly with project management, finance, engineering, and operations stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into a scalable, future-ready SAP solution. The role spans the full SAP Activate project lifecycle: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run — and includes ownership of team delivery, cross-functional integration design, data migration, testing, training, and hypercare support. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Greenfield Implementation Leadership Lead the SAP PS workstream through the complete SAP Activate methodology phases: Explore (Fit-to-Standard workshops), Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Run. Drive requirements gathering sessions and Fit-to-Standard workshops with project management, PMO, finance, engineering, and operations stakeholders to establish the future-state project management blueprint. Author and own the SAP PS functional design documentation: Functional Specifications, Configuration Rationale Documents, Business Process Procedures (BPPs), and Test Scripts. Define the master data framework for PS: Project definitions, WBS element hierarchies, Network types, Activity profiles, Milestones, Work Centers, and Project Profiles. Lead data migration strategy and execution for PS master and transactional data using LTMC / LTMOM, LSMW, and the SAP Migration Cockpit — ensuring data quality, completeness, and mapping accuracy. Own and drive SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for the PS workstream; manage defect lifecycle and resolution through to sign-off. Lead cutover planning, execution, and go-live readiness for the PS workstream; manage open project migration and balance carry-forward. B.
