Job Description – Full Stack Application Developer (Intermediate Level)
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Application Developer to join our Telco & Media Consulting and Systems Integration practice. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of complex solutions for Tier 1 telecommunications operators, with a focus on service provisioning and fulfilment domains.
You will work on projects involving modern, scalable, and cloud oriented architectures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality software aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications within complex system integration projects for major Telco operators.
• Contribute to both functional and non functional aspects (performance, scalability, reliability, security) of the application lifecycle.
• Participate in the envisioning, definition, implementation, and support of innovative solutions leveraging modern frameworks and cloud native principles.
• Collaborate effectively within international and multicultural teams using agile or turnkey delivery models.
• Apply and continuously improve Software Engineering, DevSecOps, Microservices, and Cloud Native best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning, staying current with emerging technologies, and deepening knowledge of Telco & Media architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
