Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in 2D Drawing and Detailing, you will be responsible for managing technology in complex projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Enhancing Their Capabilities In 2D Drawing And Detailing Tools, Ensuring High Levels Of Productivity And Quality Output.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Cad Software, While Implementing Performance Optimization Techniques And Best Practices In 2D Design To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, And Evaluating Technical Alternatives And Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of 2D Drawing And Detailing Principles And Tools, Including Autocad And Similar Software.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Engineering Change Management Processes And Documentation Standards.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Apply Judgment In Complex Project Scenarios.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Stakeholder Communication.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Cad Technician (Cct), Autocad Professional Certification.
