Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead in C++, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects while providing expert technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers Specializing In C++, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Hands-On Support And Training.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization, Implementation Of Best Practices, And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex C++ Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks Associated With Architectural Decisions.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables For C++ Applications, Preparing And Submitting Regular Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.
