Senior Technical Lead - C#, C++, WPF

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in c#, c++, and WPF technologies. Experience in QT/ QT Framework, Embedded Software Development, GUI, LabVIEW will be good to have.

They will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality code delivery and driving technical innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
2. Design and develop robust software solutions using c#, c++, QT ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. 
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design for software projects.
4. Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and efficient delivery.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies in c#, c++, and wpf, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's technical roadmap.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions and recommendations to meet project deadlines.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline development processes, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c#, c++ and wpf programming languages. Experience in QT/ QT Framework, Embedded Software Development, GUI, LabVIEW will be good to have.

2. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices. 

3. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Thorough knowledge of design patterns and principles in c#, c++, and wpf.
7. Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) practices.

Other Requirements

Work location is HCLTech - Chandigarh

Experience in QT/ QT Framework, Embedded Software Development, GUI, LabVIEW will be good to have.
