Senior Technical Lead - C, Python

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in c, python will be responsible for leading a team in the development and implementation of c, python projects. This role will involve providing technical guidance, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of c, python projects.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team by keeping up to date with latest c, python technologies and trends.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project milestones are met.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c and python programming languages.
2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
3. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in C and Python programming languages would be a plus.
