Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in the domain of Application Development for Embedded Systems using C++ will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of projects related to embedded systems development. The role will involve designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for embedded systems, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of software engineers in the development of embedded systems applications using c++
2. Design and architect embedded software solutions based on project requirements
3. Develop and test software code for embedded systems, ensuring functionality and performance
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components into embedded hardware systems
5. Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in embedded systems development
