Job Summary

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Tech Lead to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular and related technologies, with a proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring developers to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Angular-based web applications
  • Architect and design scalable, maintainable front-end solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers
  • Utilize HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript to develop dynamic user interfaces
  • Implement state management using NGRx
  • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs for data exchange
  • Incorporate and leverage Generative AI tools where applicable to enhance project capabilities
  • Work with Monorepo structures to manage multiple related projects efficiently
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and uphold coding standards
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Angular Developer, with advanced Angular (v18+) skills
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
  • Expertise in state management with NGRx
  • Experience working with REST APIs and consuming backend services
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in software development
  • Experience working with Monorepo architectures
  • Solid understanding of front-end build tools and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
  • Experience in leading technical teams and project delivery

Other Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Relevant certifications (preferred)
