Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead for Harness Development plays a pivotal role in managing complex projects within the development team. This position is responsible for providing expert technical guidance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. The role requires a strategic mindset to optimize processes and a collaborative approach to align with stakeholders and achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Developers Focused On Harness Design, Facilitating Knowledge Transfer And Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities To Boost Overall Team Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Performance Optimization, Best Practices, And Coding Standards Specific To Harness Development To Guarantee Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Analyzing Risks Associated With Harness Architecture And Components.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Related To Harness Systems While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Effectively Manage Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Harness Design Principles And Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Electrical Cabling Systems And Their Integration In Harness Development.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Schematics And 3D Routing Techniques Relevant To Harness Architecture.
4. Experience With Power Distribution Systems And Electro-Mechanical Packaging For Optimizing Performance.
5. Familiarity With Industry Best Practices And Standards In Harness Development.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Electrical Engineer (Cee), Project Management Professional (Pmp), Or Relevant Technical Certifications In Harness Design And Development.
