Job Summary
- Facilitating ‘Leads’ generated by Sales team to contracts by providing RFP / RFQ responses by interacting with key stakeholders within organization
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to ‘Proposal making process’
- Tracking and reporting proposal progress
- Responsible for quality of proposals and ensuring the sign off on outgoing proposals
- Customer visit management
- Account Mapping and Mining
- Prepare and send information, marketing material / collateral, RFI responses and correspondence to sales and / or prospective customers
- Enhance reusability and standardization to reduce cycle time
- Own and maintain repository of responses
- Collateral management
- Coordination with functional and delivery teams internally within organization for any of the above
Key Responsibilities
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Manufacturing Solutions.
3. Ensure Compliance With Manufacturing Processes In The Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, Architecture Best Practices, Technical Risks, And Breaking Down Components For Accurate Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations Related To Manufacturing Projects.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Proficiency In Programming Languages And Technologies Relevant To Manufacturing Solutions, Such As Python, Java, Or C#.
3. Solid Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Including Agile And Devops Practices.
4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, Capable Of Assessing Technical Risks And Providing Effective Solutions.

Skillset:
BE or MBA with –
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution systems (MES) products and process knowledge; Exposure to Application software projects and services will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in Bid Management also experience in working on large bids involving multi services and/or integrated BE or MBA with – service delivery
- Exposure to RFP / RFQ / RFI response management and technical presentations
- Exposure to client management, project management & team management
- Exposure to working on global assignments
- Exposure to Industry analysis, market research and support to implement strategic go-to-market decisions will be an added advantage
