Senior Technical Lead - DS PLM

Job Summary

The Centric Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of the Centric PLM platform hosted on cloud infrastructure. The role includes environment management, platform upgrades, performance optimization, security compliance, disaster recovery, and support for integrations across the Centric ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers Specializing In Ds Plm, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Robust Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Ds Plm Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module And Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, Supporting Architectural Best Practices, Assessing Technical Risks, Breaking Down Components, And Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables; Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

Experience supporting enterprise PLM applications, preferably Centric PLM.Strong understanding of Linux administration.Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).Knowledge of application/web server configuration and maintenance.Database administration and performance monitoring.Monitoring and observability tools.CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation concepts.Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.Scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).
 
Preferred Skills:
Centric PLM Platform Administration.GCP security, IAM, networking, and infrastructure services.Kubernetes / container platforms.DevOps tooling and automation.Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.Experience in retail or fashion industry PLM implementations.

Other Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Centric PLM production and non-production environments.
  • Perform environment setup, refreshes, deployments, and rehosting activities.
  • Administer application servers, web servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor platform availability, performance, stability, and capacity.
  • Support Centric upgrades, service packs, patches, and release activities.
  • Manage user access, security policies, IAM roles, and infrastructure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot platform, database, integration, and infrastructure issues.
  • Support backup, recovery, DR planning, testing, and execution.
  • Maintain monitoring dashboards, health checks, and operational SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Centric support and business teams for incident resolution.
  • Support integrations, native import/export processes, Skyline microservices, and deployment activities.
