Senior Technical Lead - DevOps, C#, VMware

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the areas of devops, C#, and VMware. They will oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of devops strategies, practices, and tools across projects and teams.
2. Provide expertise in c# programming language for software development projects.
3. Design, configure, and manage vmware infrastructure to support applications and services.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify technical requirements and propose solutions.
5. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in devops, c#, and vmware technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in devops methodologies, tools, and practices.
2. Strong programming skills in c# and experience with the .net framework.
3. Handson experience in configuring and managing vmware environments.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in VMware, C#, or devops practices are a plus.
