Job Summary

• Build, enhance and maintain Jenkins pipelines for our Golang services, enabling efficient CI/CD across Mobile Security.
• Implement and mature DevSecOps practices using AquaSec, NexusIQ, SonarQube, and aligned Group security standards.
• Deploy and operate microservices on on‑prem OpenShift Kubernetes clusters.
• Work with microservices integrated with Istio for traffic shaping and observability.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve environment issues across build, deploy, runtime and platform layers.
• Support maintenance activities including upgrades, patching, and improving service reliability.

Ideal candidate

Core experience we need to see (minimum):

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
• Practical knowledge of containerisation using Docker/OCI images.
• Experience deploying or supporting microservices architectures.
• Good understanding of DevSecOps principles and vulnerability‑management tooling.

Experience with at least three of the following:

• Istio / Service Mesh technologies
• Golang build and packaging workflows
• AquaSec, NexusIQ, SonarQube
• Operating services in secure financial‑services environments
• Debugging complex distributed‑systems issues
• Linux administration or scripting (Bash/Python)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of devops practices using python and kubernetes.
2. Design and implement automated deployment pipelines to ensure quick and efficient delivery of software products.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to devops tools and practices.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on best practices for devops, python, and kubernetes.
6. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in devops, python, and kubernetes to enhance team capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops principles and practices.
2. Strong experience with python programming for automation tasks.
3. In-depth knowledge of kubernetes for container orchestration.
4. Familiarity with ci/cd tools for automated software delivery.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor and guide team members effectively.
