Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Embedded C, Enhancing Their Capabilities Through Mentorship And Knowledge Sharing To Optimize Productivity In Firmware Development.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Robust Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards Within Embedded C Projects To Guarantee High-Quality Outcomes.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Best Architecture Practices While Assessing Technical Risks And Preparing Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Effectively Manage Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Embedded C Programming And Firmware Development.
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.
