Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading FEA Analysis projects, utilizing software tools like Abaqus and ANSYS. The primary focus will be on conducting in-depth Finite Element Analysis to solve complex engineering problems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of simulation results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage fea analysis projects from inception to completion
2. Perform advanced simulations using abaqus and ansys software
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver accurate simulation results
4. Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design improvements
5. Mentor and train junior engineers in fea analysis techniques and best practices
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fea technologies

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in finite element analysis (fea) methodologies and techniques
2. Experience working with fea software tools like abaqus and ansys
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret simulation data effectively
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings
5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers in fea analysis projects

Other Requirements

1.Professional certifications in Abaqus and ANSYS are preferred
