Job Summary

This position entails leading a technical team and overseeing the development projects related to iOS, android, and java technologies. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical guidance, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the iOS, android, and java domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers working on ios, android, and java projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Design and architect solutions for ios, android, and java applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
4. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices in ios, android, and java development.
5. Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
6. Stay updated on the latest ios, android, and java trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
7. Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate ios, android, and java components into overall project deliverables.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to resolve complex problems in ios, android, and java development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
