Job Summary
SI Engineer working on the design and development of next-generation Security products and Enterprise Routing systems. As a Signal Integrity Engineer, you will contribute to system design, simulation, and validation, collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the design and analysis of high-speed digital and analog systems from concept through to production.
2. Support signal integrity simulations using industry-standard tools.
3. Modeling and analyzing power delivery networks.
4. Perform pre- and post-route signal integrity analysis of PCBs.
5. Support prototype function bring-up, and system-level validation and troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate with hardware, layout, and validation teams to resolve technical issues.
7. Contribute to documentation, data analysis, and correlation of simulation and lab measurements.
8. Participate in technical discussions with guidance from senior team members.
Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design.
3. Knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals.
4. Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, HSPICE, or similar.
5. Experience with 2D/3D field solver tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, Q2D, Q3D).
6. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, or VNA is desirable.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Motivation to learn and solve technical challenges.
Other Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with IBIS, HSPICE, ADS, MATLAB, Cadence PowerSI AC/DC, Allegro.
2. Exposure to high-speed interface technologies (e.g., SerDes, LVDS, CML).
3. Working experience with high-speed DDR links, NRZ and PAM4 SerDes, as well as high-speed PCB/package development and PI analysis, is a plus.
4. Coursework or project experience in signal integrity, power noise analysis, or related fields.
