Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Plm Functional Applications, Enhancing Their Capabilities In Tools Such As Teamcenter And Windchill, And Driving Productivity Improvements.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Oversee Quality Assurance Processes Using Industry Best Practices And Coding Standards In Plm Development, Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules By Participating In Feasibility Studies And Technical Discussions, Evaluating Alternatives, And Analyzing Technical Risks Associated With Plm Implementations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Related To Plm Systems, And Prepare Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risk And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements
