Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Python, Enhancing Their Coding Skills And Increasing Productivity Through Effective Mentoring And Knowledge Sharing.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In Python Applications, Establish Quality Assurance Processes, And Implement Performance Optimization Techniques To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Modules, Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages And Architecture Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Using Python Frameworks, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
5. Develop Automated Testing Scripts Using Selenium For Python Applications To Improve Testing Efficiency And Reliability.
