Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the technical team in the development and implementation of Python based solutions on cloud platforms using microservices architecture. The role involves driving innovation, ensuring technical feasibility, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying python applications.
2. Architect and implement scalable and secure cloud based solutions using microservices architecture.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in python development, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex technical challenges.
6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software development processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in python programming language with strong knowledge of python frameworks.
2. Experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
3. In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, containerization techniques, and orchestration tools like docker and kubernetes.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
6. Prior experience in agile development methodologies and working in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements
