Senior Technical Lead - Python, Oracle PL/SQL, Java
Brampton, Ontario

Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing Level 2/Level 3 support for retail applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing minor fixes or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve application issues for POS, inventory, pricing, and sales tools.
  • Perform bug fixes, configuration changes, and small-scale enhancements.
  • Collaborate with L3 team for escalations and complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge base.

Skill Requirements

  • Oracle Retail Xstore, XOCS, SIOCS (EICS/SOCS), MFCS, REST APIs, Java/J2EE, Spring, Oracle JET, RIB/RICS, IDCS/OCI IAM.
  • Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, inventory, pricing).
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and basic API troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Retail Suite, integration tools, and file transfer systems.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
