Job Description: Java Backend Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Preferred) | Experience: 5-7 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Proven expertise with Amdocs Resource Manager (ARM) and/or Cramer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and enterprise application integration is a plus.

Preferred Location

Bengaluru, India (Candidates from Bengaluru will be preferred.)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications.
• Integrate and manage Amdocs Resource Manager (ARM) or Cramer systems to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization of backend processes.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of software projects using react, angular, and java.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
3. Architect and develop robust and scalable software applications utilizing react, angular, and java frameworks.
4. Ensure code quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and methodologies.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and modifications.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in react.js, angular, and java programming languages.
2. Strong experience in designing and implementing frontend and backend solutions.
3. Solid understanding of software development best practices and principles.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Proven track record in delivering successful projects using react, angular, and java technologies.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in React, Angular, and Java technologies would be a plus.
