Senior Technical Lead - Reliability Analysis (MTBF)

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in Reliability Analysis is responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of reliable solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing team capabilities and optimizing project outputs, directly impacting the organization’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers By Applying Advanced Reliability Analysis Techniques, Improving Their Understanding Of Mtbf Concepts, And Enhancing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Thorough Reliability Code Reviews And Establish Robust Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices In Reliability Analysis To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Reliability Analysis Processes Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Serving As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Including Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Assessing Best Packages, Examining Supporting Architecture Practices, Identifying Technical Risks, And Breaking Down Components For Accurate Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define And Refine Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables While Preparing And Presenting Comprehensive Status Reports Aimed At Minimizing Exposure And Effectively Addressing Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Reliability Analysis With A Strong Focus On Mtbf Methodology.
2. Solid Understanding Of Quality Assurance Practices And Performance Optimization In Software Development.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Coding Standards And Best Practices In The Context Of Reliability Engineering.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Proven Ability To Assess Technical Risks And Propose Effective Solutions.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Reliability Engineering, Such As Certified Reliability Engineer (Cre) Or Reliability And Maintainability Engineering (Rame), Are Optional But Valuable.
