Key Responsibilities

SAP BODS :

1            Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ETL workflows using SAP Data Services (BODS)
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various source systems
  • Develop and manage data integration and data migration solutions
  • Implement data cleansing and data quality rules
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance ETL jobs and workflows
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of jobs
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand requirements
  • Provide production support and issue resolution
  • Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP BO Data Services (BODS) / SAP Data Services
  • Solid understanding of:
    • ETL concepts and methodologies
    • Data warehousing fundamentals
  • Strong expertise in T-SQL (SQL Server)
  • Experience in:
    • Data extraction, profiling, validation, and transformation
  • Familiarity with working with:
    • Databases, flat files, and other structured data sources
  • Knowledge of data migration and data quality processes

                    Basic experience in PowerShell scripting
