Senior Technical Lead - Silicon Platform Validation, Python

Job Summary

Operate voice and SBC services, resolving standard telephony incidents and coordinating carriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor SBC, SIP trunks, ACS/Teams voice dependencies, call quality and telephony alarms.
  • Troubleshoot call setup, routing, media, DTMF, TLS/SRTP, dial plan and certificate issues.
  • Collect SIP traces and call examples; open and track carrier/vendor incidents.
  • Execute approved SBC configuration changes and validate call flows.
  • Maintain runbooks, dashboards, carrier contacts and shift handovers.

Skill Requirements

  • SIP, RTP/SRTP, TLS, codecs, dial plans and carrier connectivity.
  • Ribbon or comparable SBC administration; Wireshark/SIP trace analysis.
  • Azure Communication Services, Teams voice/direct routing awareness.
  • Voice monitoring, incident/change management and certificate operations.

Other Requirements

  • Ribbon/AudioCodes certification; Teams Voice certification; CCNA useful.
  • Experience with HA SBC and regulated voice environments.
