Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in Teamcenter DEV, Server, Active Workspace is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Teamcenter development, server management, and Active Workspace customization. They will be involved in leading a team, driving technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Teamcenter solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide the team in teamcenter development activities, including customization, configuration, and integration.
2. Manage and maintain teamcenter servers, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
3. Customize active workspace interface and functionalities to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
5. Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to teamcenter dev, server, and active workspace.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in teamcenter technology and recommend best practices for implementation.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of teamcenter development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
2. Proficiency in teamcenter server management, performance tuning, and scalability enhancement.
3. Experience in customizing active workspace interface and functionalities to align with business processes.
4. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.
6. Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions effectively.

Other Requirements

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI
• Configure and develop integration for Material, BOM (EBOM/MBOM/BOP/BOE), Documents, and Change Management (ECN/MCN)
• Enable accurate EBOM to MBOM transfer and synchronization ensuring single source of truth
• Design and implement integration for BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment)
• Design and implement integration for Opcenter (Bill of Process) using C4NT
• Define and implement data mappings, transformation rules, and validations
• Handle effectivity mapping, revision control, and lifecycle state synchronization
• Conduct requirement discovery and translate business needs into technical design
• Analyze as-is/to-be processes and identify integration touchpoints
• Prepare and maintain IDS, mapping documents, and technical design artifacts
• Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration issues
• Ensure data consistency, performance optimization, and reliability
• Manage requirements and defects using Azure DevOps (AVD)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PLM, SAP, business) for aligned delivery
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, validation, and defect resolution
• Mentor junior resources and enforce integration best practices
