Job Summary

8–15 Years Overall Experience

Minimum 6+ Years in Teamcenter Administration


Key Responsibilities

Teamcenter Administration

  • Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Manage Teamcenter servers, batch jobs, dispatcher services, FSC/FMS, web tier, and enterprise integrations.
  • Monitor system health, performance, storage, and application availability.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, groups, projects, ACLs, and access controls.
  • Perform environment audits and compliance checks.

Teamcenter Upgrade Activities

  • Plan and execute Teamcenter upgrades (e.g., TC 11/12/13/14 to TC 2312/2506).
  • Conduct pre-upgrade assessments and compatibility analysis.
  • Upgrade Teamcenter server components, BMIDE templates, databases, and customizations.
  • Coordinate upgrade validation, regression testing, and cutover activities.
  • Support production deployment and post-upgrade stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide the team in the implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of teamcenter functional, support, and admin modules.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions within the teamcenter environment.
3. Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to teamcenter plm system.
4. Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and ensure data integrity within the teamcenter environment.
5. Stay updated with the latest teamcenter features and functionalities to recommend and implement system improvements.
6. Mentor team members, conduct training sessions, and ensure adherence to best practices in teamcenter functional, support, and admin modules.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong expertise in teamcenter functional and teamcenter support modules.
2. Proficiency in tc admin modules for system administration and configuration.
3. Solid understanding of plm concepts, data modeling, workflows, and integrations within teamcenter.
4. Experience in customizing and extending teamcenter functionalities to meet business requirements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues within the teamcenter environment.
6. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
7. Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of technical professionals in teamcenter implementations.

Other Requirements

1.Siemens PLM Certified Professional in Teamcenter would be preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  148000
Minimum Salary (US):  78000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
