Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead for React.js will play a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects within the development team. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In React.Js, Fostering Their Skills In Building Dynamic User Interfaces And Enhancing Overall Team Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes For React.Js Applications, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices In Performance Optimization And Coding Standards.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Identifying Technical Risks, And Contributing To Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations Related To React.Js Projects.
5. Lead The Design And Implementation Of Reusable Components And Libraries In React.Js, Optimizing Application Performance And Ensuring Modularity For Future Scalability.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In React.Js With Advanced Proficiency In Building Single-Page Applications And Component-Driven Architecture.
2. Strong Understanding Of Web Services And Restful Apis To Integrate Front-End Applications With Back-End Systems.
3. Solid Experience With State Management Libraries Such As Redux Or Context Api In React.Js.
4. Familiarity With Node.Js For Back-End Integration And Development Of Server-Side Applications.
5. Good Knowledge Of Html, Css, And Javascript For Creating Responsive And User-Friendly Interfaces.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified React Developer Or Relevant Front-End Development Certifications.
