Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to design, develop, and implement personalized customer journeys and omnichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in customer data management, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and real-time personalization using Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).Configure and manage customer profiles, identity resolution, and audience segmentation in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).Build and maintain real-time customer experiences across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other channels.Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines, schemas, datasets, and XDM models within AEP.Create and optimize journey orchestration workflows based on customer behavior and business requirements.Integrate AJO and AEP with external systems using APIs and Adobe ecosystem services.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements for customer engagement.Troubleshoot data, journey, and integration issues across Adobe solutions.Ensure best practices in data governance, privacy, consent management, and platform security.
