Senior Technical Lead - Web UI (HTML, JavaScript, React.js)

Job Summary

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Build responsive and reusable UI components following modern frontend development practices.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical discussions.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior developers and support best practices in coding and application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend development tools such as Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development practices.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years in React.js.

Skill Requirements

  • Experience with Spring Boot and Java-based backend development.
  • Knowledge of designing, developing, or consuming REST APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and application optimization.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
  • Previous experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams.
