Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in React.js, you will be pivotal in driving complex development projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will not only enhance the technical capabilities of your team but also play a critical role in aligning project objectives with organizational goals. You will leverage your advanced proficiency in React.js and associated technologies to oversee quality assurance processes, optimize performance, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Advocating For Best Practices In React.Js And Javascript, Enhancing Their Capabilities And Productivity In Developing Scalable Applications.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring The Implementation Of Performance Optimization Techniques And Adherence To Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module While Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Addressing Potential Risks In Project Architecture.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure To Risks And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•    6+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer with hands-on Gen AI implementation experience.
•    Core GenAI and LLM expertise, including production LLM integration, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, effective context management, and quality or hallucination evaluation.
•    Proficiency in modern AI development platforms, APIs, tooling and deploy functional AI capabilities into real-world systems.
•    Agentic AI experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with clear goals, constraints, orchestration patterns, tool-calling, state and memory handling, guardrails, and behavioural observability.
•    Frontend development expertise using modern frameworks such as React, including AI-native UX patterns such as streaming responses, explainability, state management, feedback capture, and human-AI interaction design.
•    Backend development expertise including RESTAPI design, secure services, data modelling, asynchronous workflows, external integrations, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
•    Strong focus on reliability, security, and responsible AI, including safeguarding sensitive data, mitigating leakage, bias, and safety risks, ensuring auditability, and supporting graceful degradation.
•    Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI agents, enterprise search, container platforms, or equivalent AI/cloud platforms is preferred.
•    Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including clear explanation of AI behavior, cross-functional teamwork, documentation, and critical review of AI outputs.
•    High learning agility and engineering craftsmanship, with the ability to stay current with evolving AI tools and deliver production-quality systems.
