Senior Technical Lead - .Net, Azure, C#

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (.net,azure,c#) will be responsible for leading the technical team in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, and C#. The role involves providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  •      Maintain .NET services and APIs and address security issues
  •       Support production systems (ICM, monitoring, troubleshooting)
  •        Ensure compliance with S360/SFI and maintain Service Tree metadata
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
  • Develop and maintain application enhancements using full-stack technologies.
  • Route and coordinate partner issues with the appropriate engineering teams.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to investigate issues, communicate progress, and drive timely resolution.
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with full-stack development using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Skilled in Prompt AI engineering, CoPilot and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate troubleshooting, analysis, and engineering productivity is a plus
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Other Requirements

  • Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
