Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI professional to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for customer specific use cases. The candidate should have solid hands-on exposure to agent-based AI architectures, strong knowledge of Google ADK, and excellent communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders in identifying and building AI use cases. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Solution Design & Implementation
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions for business and operations use cases.
• Build and manage single-agent and multi-agent workflows, including planning, reasoning, tool calling, and decision orchestration.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems using APIs, databases, event triggers, and external tools.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
Platform & Framework Expertise
• Apply Google ADK for agent development, orchestration, and tool integrations.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio (where applicable) to build or extend copilots, actions, and integrations.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Proven experience in development or deployment of Agentic AI solutions (enterprise projects, POCs, or large-scale automations).
• Strong working knowledge of Google ADK and agent orchestration concepts.
• Solid programming experience (preferred: Python; JavaScript/TypeScript acceptable).
• Strong understanding of:
o LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling
o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
o API-based integrations and secure authentication
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
Communication & Leadership
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide discussions and influence solution design.
• Hands-on experience in mentoring, guiding, or leading team members.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio (copilot design, actions, connectors, orchestration).
• Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / GCP AI services.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI governance, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
