•  Requirements / Configuration / Release Management (DevOps Adjacent) (Mid-Level) – 1x – Now
8+ Years Experience
o  Hands on use of Jama for requirements authoring, linking, and traceability
o  Working knowledge of Jira for requirement to work item tracking and release coordination
o  Day to day use of GitHub for source control, branching, and change tracking
o  Use of GitHub Actions to support build, test, and release workflows
o  Requirements traceability across requirements → stories → code → tests
o  Configuration management of baselines, versions, and releases
o  Supporting release readiness (content verification, traceability, evidence)
o  Partnering with development teams to execute and track process actions
o  Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) in regulated or complex systems
o  Participation in audits, reviews, and compliance activities as a tool power user
•  Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in software engineering, Computer Science or related

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
