5+ years

• Experience with Conversational AI platforms (Moveworks, Google Dialogflow, Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, LeenaAI, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM watsonx, Cognigy, Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Amelia).

• Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts (NLP, NLU, intents, entities, dialogue management, personalization, etc.).

• MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

• Python scripting for automation and integration.

• Integration with enterprise systems via REST APIs or database connections.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
