Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

•     Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.8.1

•     ASP.NET MVC Development

•     Experience with caching strategies (in-memory caching, distributed caching)

•     Knowledge of performance optimization techniques

•     Understanding of memory management and resource optimization

•      Azure Fundamentals - Web Job Development

 

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Maintain and enhance applications built on classic ASP.NET MVC (MVC 4/5) running on .NET Framework 4.8.1

Work with Controller‑based MVC architecture using server‑rendered views and traditional post‑back models

Implement and modify business logic in C# within Controllers and service layers

Ensure backward compatibility while applying secure and maintainable coding practices

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects, including: Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers

Optimize complex queries and resolve performance bottlenecks

Perform schema changes, indexing strategies, and data integrity enforcement

Support data migration, validation, and production issue resolution

 

Support the applications hosted on Azure App Service & Azure Web Job

Troubleshoot application issues related to Azure App Service, IIS, and runtime behavior

Coordinate deployments and post‑deployment validation in Azure environments
