Job Summary
Experience with 5 to 7 years Develop and maintain software solutions for Content & Records Management products like Documentum, SharePoint, O365, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate etc., across Chevron’s enterprise globally. Assist with information management and business process automation using different technologies, integrations, frameworks, patterns in an agile manner following DevOps best practices. Consistently deliver innovative solutions with high-quality code, guiding them through design, planning, development, deployment, and support to streamline business processes and enhance business value.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates demonstrations of the DMS functionality (Documentum D2, M365 SharePoint, InfoArchive)
• Design, develop, and support solutions using SharePoint Online (Modern Experience), Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Build Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps to digitize business processes
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and integrations
• Customize SharePoint:
o Lists, libraries, pages, metadata, and site structures
o Forms and workflows integrated with Power Platform
• Develop and support SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using React, Fluent UI, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with:
o Microsoft Teams, Outlook
o Dataverse, custom connectors, and Azure services
• Create high level design artifacts and technical documentation
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve production and support tickets
• Follow SDLC, change management, security, and governance standards
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities and implement best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirement gathering, demos, testing, and deployment

5. Ability to support enterprise scale SharePoint environments

• PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration
• Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation)
• Experience with DevOps, solution packaging, and environment migrations
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and security models
• Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant certifications such as Sun Certified, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
