1. Define and implement relationship-based pricing strategies aligned with bank revenue objectives. 2. Translate business pricing models into configurable rules within the Zafin SaaS platform. 3. Design pricing frameworks that consider customer relationships across products and channels. 4. Enable differentiated pricing strategies for retail, SME, and corporate banking segments. 5. Ensure pricing models support cross-sell and relationship value optimization. 6. Align pricing strategy with the bank’s overall digital transformation roadmap. 7. Support product teams in designing dynamic and contextual pricing models. 8. Establish enterprise pricing governance and policies. 9. Define pricing segmentation strategies based on customer profiles. 10. Ensure alignment between pricing strategies and profitability goals. ⸻ Zafin SaaS Platform Implementation 11. Lead implementation and rollout of the Zafin Relationship Based Pricing platform. 12. Configure pricing rules, bundles, and offers within the Zafin platform. 13. Manage SaaS platform integration with core banking systems such as Finacle. 14. Ensure smooth data flow between Zafin and upstream/downstream systems. 15. Configure pricing conditions based on customer relationships. 16. Manage pricing catalogues, bundles, and discount structures. 17. Enable pricing APIs for real-time consumption by digital channels. 18. Support rule lifecycle management within the pricing platform. 19. Coordinate platform upgrades and release management. 20. Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
