JD Logistics AnalystLogistics and Fulfillment SpecialistThe RoleThe Fulfillment and Logistics Operations team is looking for executional support to process fulfillment activities. As a part of the task, it will be required to apply knowledge of supply chain principles and problem solving prowess to support reporting, planning, fulfillment and VAS opportunities for outbound customer fulfillment.Responsibilities:Review daily inbound and outbounds operations and escalations related to all hardware programsAssist with the preparation of the VAS project (set up of production lines at the fulfillment centers to execute the software changes, assist with running end to end tests, troubleshoot issues), as well as execution of the project (communicate which pallets need VAS applied, ensure the VAS related materials are provided to the warehouse in time, ensure the warehouse uphold quality standards, tracking daily output), to the after care of the project (resolution of escalations, qualityissues).Support resolution of warehouse issues, compliance and transportation delays, packaging and labeling, software changes, and product quality reviews.Support executing on quality alerts by collecting information on the issues, executing on actions such as stock segregation and isolation of inventory, taking action on resolution such as rework ofproduct or return to vendor, reporting, and other execution based activities.Support new execution related tasks as necessaryRequirements:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience2-3 years experience in order management, logistics or hardware operationsPrevious experience in supply chain program managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, planning and engineering teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized and self-started with attention to detailIntermediate spreadsheet and SQL skillsWorking knowledge of Wi-Fi Network Infrastructure implementation and design or program management of consumer electronics software is a plus
