Job Summary

AI Engineer - Azure OpenAI: 
 
The role focuses on designing, building, and operating production‑grade, secure, and observable multi‑agent AI systems on Azure. This engineer is responsible for orchestrating autonomous and collaborative agents using advanced Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) communication patterns, integrating Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and vector databases, and delivering reliable agent workflows that meet enterprise security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
 
The role blends hands‑on agent engineering with strong platform, DevOps, and security engineering practices, ensuring that agentic systems are scalable, testable, governable, and ready for real‑world enterprise deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and orchestrate multi‑agent systems (A2A communication, multi‑agent orchestration, etc.).
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and other LLM/model endpoints.
  • Develop tooling and MCP integrations.
  • Build evaluation, testing, and observability capabilities.
  • Deliver production‑ready agent workflows.
  • Enforce identity, RBAC, Zero Trust, encryption, and Responsible AI guardrails across autonomous agent operations.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of A2A communication patterns.
  • Experience benchmarking and testing models.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, and SRE principles.
