Job Summary
We are looking for GenAI / Agentic Engineers across junior and senior levels to design, build, and deploy AI applications leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks. You will participate in end-to-end SDLC—from analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment—and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable AI solutions. Senior engineers will lead design and customer interactions; junior engineers will focus on model training, fine-tuning, and data preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis and design of GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
- Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework – Autogen, Azure Open AI.
- Implement data science / machine learning algorithms defined by Solution Architects.
- Follow all SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers/stakeholders on project status and deliverables.
- Work with Azure cloud platform is required. AWS / Google Cloud knowledge is a plus.
Skill Requirements
- Python (scripting, data manipulation); familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit Learn and OCR packages..
- GenAI / Agent frameworks: Microsoft Agentic Framework / AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals: supervised vs. unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP.
- Working knowledge of Azure platform and PaaS services
- Ability to work across the SDLC with clean code, testing, and documentation.
Other Requirements
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt optimization, and safety/guardrails.
- Exposure to MLOps (model versioning, deployment, monitoring), PowerShell, Azure Logic App and Function App Development
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
- Production-ready GenAI/Agentic applications.
- Fine-tuned models and reproducible experiments.
- Clear documentation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines.
- Regular updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders
