Job Summary

•    Conceptualizing and implementing process-based solution (BPM) in banking domain using Pega
•    Writing complex programming logic, doing impact analysis, program debugging, defect management, troubleshooting production issues, performance tuning, providing sign-offs for Test Recommendation Reports and SIT plan coverage as the domain SME, design and development of technical solutions for complex software modules and environments and create solution architectures and technical specifications to integrate them 
•    Evaluate and assess the integration methodologies across the customer landscape using relevant technologies like API, KAFKA, etc. 
•    Interacting with customers translating business requirement into technical solutions by leading workshops during solutioning and managing analysis, design and build phases.
•    Proposing solutions understanding the current system’s limitations and providing value-adds reducing manual processes for bank and BAU teams
•    Prepare the High-Level Solution (HLSA) and to obtain the relevant approvals from Technical design review committee and the Security teams. 
•    Leading the design and development teams in an onshore/offshore model and mentoring team members
•    Working with the upstream and downstream systems to understand the data transfer methodology and the connectivity challenges and providing feasible technical solutions.  
•    Involve in all Software Development cycles and providing inputs in various phases of the project. 
•    Documenting the coding strategy in terms of low level and high-level design documents throughout the software development life cycle and creating user and training documentation

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
