Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions for the Insurance and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, hands-on development expertise, and strong experience in Agentforce for Financial Services to enhance agent productivity and customer journeys

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
- Develop and customize applications using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce configuration & declarative tools
- Ensure high performance, maintainability, and scalability of solutions
2. FSC & Agentforce Implementation
- Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features
- Enhance Agentforce capabilities for Financial Services, focusing on:
- Agent productivity
- Customer relationship management
- Sales and service workflows
- Design solutions supporting:
- Client onboarding
- Policy servicing
- Financial advisory journeys
3. Integration & Architecture
- Design and implement integrations with external systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft)
- Work on multi-system ecosystems (CRM, backend systems, third-party platforms)
- Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrations
4. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Business stakeholders
- Product owners
- Architects
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance in FSC and Agentforce implementations
5. Quality & Delivery
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimizations
Skill Requirements
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Agentforce for Financial Services
- Development skills:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data model and security model
- Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Events, CDC)
- Experience in:
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation rules)
- CI/CD and version control
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified FSC Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with:
- MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Domain knowledge in:
- Insurance
- Banking / Wealth Management
- Exposure to:
- Data modeling and customer 360 implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
