Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Accountable for making data "agent-ready" by aligning on data access and availability and implementing the core technical agent system stack.Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to feed real-time and batch data to the AI agents.Take a hands-on role in the technical implementation of the agent system, using the Google AI Development Kit (ADK) or similar frameworks, building and testing MCP in corporate environments in close collaboration with data system owners and data providers.Implement data-centric agent patterns and ensure seamless data integration between agents and the bank's existing systems.Conduct continuous testing of data integrations and pipelines throughout the development lifecycle, incorporating feedback to ensure data quality and reliability.Experience: 5-7+ years as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer, with at least the last 2 years in hands-on AI/ML or data-intensive application development. Strong learner capability on new/further industry standard AI Agent frameworks. Handy on experience on designing, building and testing MCP in corporate environments.Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in building, testing, and deploying robust data pipelines and backend systems for complex applications.Key Skills:Expert, 100% hands-on capability with the Google AI Development Kit (ADK) or similar agentic frameworks.Strong software and data engineering skills, including data modelling, API development, and MCP.Solid understanding of the agent development lifecycle and experience implementing agent patterns.Proven experience in testing data systems during development and iterating based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
