Job Summary

Copilot Developer

Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer

(Mid to Senior Level)

🔹 Role Overview

  • Build and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio.
  • Develop and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Integrate low-code/no-code automation with enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Create and maintain AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
  • Design and develop scalable Power Apps and automated workflows.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Apply governance, security, and lifecycle best practices across environments.
  • Provide support, optimization, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.

Skill Requirements

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.
  • Expert knowledge on Python and JSON.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience building AI agents with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs and custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, DLP, and RBAC.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, Azure AI Engineer).
  • Experience with AI Builder, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
