Total Experience: 15+ years
Relevant Experience: 8–10+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Response functional implementations
Key Responsibilities
Act as Functional SME for Kinaxis Rapid Response across end‑to‑end supply chain planning.
Lead business requirement workshops, solution design, and functional blueprinting.
Own demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP planning processes within Kinaxis.
Translate business scenarios into Kinaxis models, schemas, and planning logic.
Guide configuration for:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Inventory Optimization
Distribution & Capacity Planning
S&OP / IBP
Drive what‑if analysis, scenarios, and simulations for executive decision‑making.
Work closely with technical teams on:
Data integration (ERP → Kinaxis)
Functional validation of integrations and interfaces
Lead UAT, defect triage, and business sign‑off.
Mentor junior consultants and act as functional governance authority.
Support roadmap, enhancements, and value realization post go‑live.
Functional Expertise

Key Responsibilities
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
