Job Summary

JD for SAP Central procurement Lead consultant -

 

  • Manage Central Sourcing, Central Contract Management, and Central Purchasing scenarios
  • Integration knowledge between central HUB systems and backend ERPs.
  • Knowledge on business scenarios which includes 1XI (Central requisition), 2ME (Central contracts),  3ZF (Central Sourcing), Central RFQ, 2XT (Central purchasing).
  • Fiori Launchpad apps in depth knowledge
  • Knowledge interface apps such as SAP Application Interface framework (AIF), APIs and SAP Cloud connector.
  • Complex business scenarios knowledge such procurement process integration with 3PL system, EWM,
  • Integration and working with SAP Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba Solutions and Ariba network.
  • Central procurement org structure and linkage with backend ERP system org.
  • Master data sync and master data governance.
  • Configuration such as Connected system registration, Driver config, Integration component, release information notes, Odata/ESOA interface.
  • Release, workflow, pricing procedure and document management in depth knowledge is needed.

7-9 years of experience working on SAP Central Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
