Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance proprietary Optum applications to improve user efficiency and business performance.
Translate healthcare business requirements into clear technical user stories using Agile methodologies.
Deliver high‑performance application enhancements aligned with customer and business objectives.
Schedule and manage batch and data processing jobs using Oozie, Airflow, or equivalent schedulers.
Track and deliver features and user stories within sprint timelines, meeting defined acceptance criteria.
Ensure smooth production deployments, including smoke testing and post‑deployment stability.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and optimal solutions.
Support production issues, drive continuous improvements, automation, and ensure adherence to SDLC, security, and engineering best practices.
